Refund Policy

    1. Customers should carefully review the service description, pricing, scope, deliverables, timelines, and any applicable service-specific terms before making a payment.
    2. Refunds may be considered when a customer cancels before work has begun or before a service has been scheduled, subject to the nature of the service and any costs already incurred.
    3. Once work has started, content has been prepared, design or editorial work has been undertaken, a campaign has been launched, an advertisement has been scheduled or published, or promotional content has been published, the payment will be non-refundable because resources and services have already been committed.
    4. For article features, media coverage, promotional placements, social media management, advertising, or similar services, publication, scheduling, preparation, design, writing, editing, media placement, or campaign setup constitute commencement of the service.
    5. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, access, photographs, logos, documents, and other required materials within the agreed timeframe. Delays, missed deadlines, or failure to provide required materials may affect delivery and will not create an automatic right to a refund.
    6. If a customer requests substantial changes to an agreed scope after work has commenced, additional charges or revised timelines may apply. Such changes do not automatically create a right to cancel or receive a refund for work already completed.
    7. Prestigian Global does not guarantee specific followers, likes, views, engagement, leads, sales, reach, rankings, or other results where performance depends on third-party platforms, audience behavior, advertising systems, market conditions, or other factors outside Prestigian Global’s reasonable control. Failure to achieve an unguaranteed performance outcome is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
    8. Changes, restrictions, rejection, removal, suspension, algorithm changes, account limitations, or other actions taken by social media platforms, advertising networks, search engines, publishers, or other third parties do not automatically qualify for a refund.
    9. Where a third-party platform, publisher, payment provider, or advertising service causes a delay, interruption, rejection, or other issue, Prestigian Global will make reasonable efforts to address the issue within the scope of the purchased service, but cannot guarantee third-party decisions or availability.
    10. If Prestigian Global is unable to deliver a paid service for reasons within its reasonable control and the service cannot reasonably be rescheduled or replaced with an agreed alternative, a partial refund may be considered for the undelivered portion of the service.
    11. Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, or other financial institution, and applicable processing charges may be deducted where permitted.
    12. All refund requests are reviewed individually based on the service purchased, work completed, publication or campaign status, customer-provided materials, applicable third-party commitments, and the circumstances of the request.
    13. Refund requests should be submitted to media@prestigianglobal.com with the customer’s name, order or service details, payment information sufficient to identify the transaction, and a clear explanation of the reason for the request.
    14. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer right or remedy that applies under applicable law.
